Regular supervision from a trained professional is vital for those in any mental health profession. At its core, supervision is a process of professional learning and development that enables individuals to reflect on and develop their knowledge, skills, and competence, through agreed and regular support.

Supervision sessions are 90 minutes and currently cost £85. Discounts are available for those seeking regular supervision, students, and Blue Light Card holders.
