What are the benefits of counselling?Talking with a qualified and experienced counsellor can help you to feel heard and understood, release bottled up feelings, explore choices and solutions and feel better about yourself

How long are counselling sessions and how much do they cost?Counselling sessions typically last 50 minutes and are currently £75 per session. Sessions are booked and paid for in advance and if cancelled within 24 hours the session fee is non-refundable. We are currently offering a discount when block booking sessions in advance and paying upfront for 6 sessions. This is currently 10%, making it just £67.50 per session when booking via this method! We also offer a loyalty discount for those that are seeking regular sessions, so please do get in touch.

How can I receive counselling?Current counselling options include virtual/online, telephone, face to face and walk and talk. The most popular at the moment is virtual/online due to ease of access.

How can hypnotherapy help me?Hypnotherapy is a heightened state of concentration and focused attention. Guided by a trained hypnotherapist, hypnosis allows you to be more open to suggestions to making healthful changes in your perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts or behaviors.

How long is a hypnotherapy session and what does it cost?Hypnotherapy sessions are generally 50 mins and cost £75. Specific treatments such as the 'virtual gastric band' are priced separately as they entail more than one session.

Why is supervision so important?Regular supervision from a trained professional is vital for those in any mental health profession. At its core, supervision is a process of professional learning and development that enables individuals to reflect on and develop their knowledge, skills, and competence, through agreed and regular support.

How long is supervision and how much does it cost?Supervision sessions are 90 minutes and currently cost £85. Discounts are available for those seeking regular supervision, students, and Blue Light Card holders.
